Pond Maintenance
Pro Aquatic Services offers pond cleaning services in Hertfordshire, London and Essex.
A complete pond clear out would include the following:
- Remove all aquatic life to a filtered, protected and aerated holding pond
- Remove all plant life, cut back and repot if needed
- Pump existing water from the pond and pressure wash the side and bottom
- Remove all silt (which is high in nutrients and deposit around the flower borders which will help in the growth of your plants)
- Service the filter, pump, ultra violet steriliser and renew bulb
- Refill pond and treat accordingly
- Introduce the fish and wildlife back into the pond whilst carefully checking that they are in good health
We also provide regular and one off visits to service water features, pumps and the cleaning of filters and ultra violet systems.
